Naturopathic Doctor
I am a licensed naturopathic doctor who aspires to see a world where great health is not only achievable but the norm. For most of my life, I dealt with constipation, abdominal pain, asthma, allergies, joint pain, back pain, irregular menstrual cycles, chronic nasal congestion, dry skin, migraines, fatigue, inability to focus, and memory issues. I thought all of these things were just the reality I had to live with until I discovered Naturopathic medicine.
I worked with a Naturopathic doctor who did extensive lab work and found that I have Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism. After working with the naturopathic doctor, I was able to reverse all of my symptoms and truly understand what it means to experience mahan health.
That's why now, nothing but "mahan" or "great" health makes sense to me, and I am passionate about helping others experience that as well.
What does Mahan Health mean to you?
To me, Mahan Health means having the ability to live the life you desire. For some, that means having the strength to climb Machu Picchu or become a ninja warrior, while for others, it may mean simply having the energy to play with their grandchildren or the option to have children of their own.
Whatever it is that you dream of, I believe you can do it if you experience Mahan health. That's what it comes down to for me - being able, in mind, body, and spirit to truly follow your dreams.
Dr. My Tang, ND
Naturopathic Medical Doctor
As a licensed Naturopathic doctor, I am here to support you in uncovering what is holding you back from living a healthy and vibrant life. Through our work, you will receive an individualized plan tailored to your needs and goals. I had the honor of witnessing many people’s health transform using nutrition, nutrient therapy, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and lifestyle modifications. I strive to continue using my skills and knowledge to help others find the missing link of their ideal health picture.
I have found that in order to break through any unhealthy patterns, we often have to also dive deep to identify any limiting beliefs or any mental, emotional, or spiritual blocks. When someone embarks on a healing journey, they come to the realization that everything is truly connected - which is empowering and mysterious.
The body is highly intelligent and has an innate ability to lean towards healing. Through our work together, we are assisting, supporting, and allowing space for that healing.
When I am not supporting patients, I enjoy spending time with my dog, going on hikes, lifting weights, and reading fiction and non-fiction books.
What does Mahan Health mean to you?
To me, Mahan Health means utilizing our physical bodies to discover who we are when we live in alignment. It means being mindful of how we treat our bodies and speak to ourselves. It means self-compassion and self-expression. Mahan Health means we are experiencing alignment in our health, wealth, relationships, spirituality, and purpose.

Nikkei Adeniran
Administrative Assistant
I am a licensed physical therapist assistant, who practiced in outpatient physical therapy for more than 3.5 years, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer by trade. However, the loss of my father and aunt to chronic disease, along with my personal health challenges in 2019 led me to discover and fall in love with all things holistic health. I'm currently on track to become a certified Health & Wellness coach in order to support people on their health journey to bridging the gap of where they are, to where they want to be.
I am passionate about educating and empowering others to go after the very things that light them up, and make them feel good. I'm honored to be a part of the Mahan team, and support the mission of bringing Mahan health to everyone. When I'm not supporting the Mahan team and the amazing patient's of Mahan Health, I'm enjoying good food, out in nature, and traveling to a new destination.
What does Mahan Health mean to you?
To me, Mahan health means living out the very vision one desires for their most optimal health and well-being. Each vision of mahan health will look different for every single person, because each of us holds the key to what we want our Mahan health to be. I believe everyone is entitled to have the opportunity and access to achieve their desired vision of Mahan or "great" health.

"Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Dr. Hanisha. I have UC (ulcerative colitis) and hypothyroidism and have been on standard conventional medication for years. I had always attributed my crumby stomach feelings to my autoimmune conditions. Dr. Hanisha is so passionate about wanting you to feel your best! She took an integrative approach in helping me and I am forever thankful!"
