The Mahan Health Challenge: Transform Your Health in 7 Simple Steps

Are you ready to take control of your health and well-being? Join us in the Mahan Health Challenge from March 1st to March 31st, where we’ll guide you through seven simple steps to transform your lifestyle and cultivate lasting wellness!

The Challenge:

  • Limit Natural Sugars: Consume no more than 15 grams of natural, unrefined sugars per day. This simple change can help reduce cravings, stabilize energy levels, and support overall health. In the Mahan Membership, you will get a guide to how to reduce sugar cravings AND a beautiful table that lays out how much sugar is in natural sugars like fruits, honey, and maple syrup so you can feel empowered in doing it right!
  • Meditation: Dedicate 15 minutes each day to meditation, which can improve focus, reduce stress, and enhance emotional well-being. You can split this up to 5 minutes three times a day or however you’d like but make sure you get 15 good minutes in a day! And you’ll be supported with some new meditations in the Membership
  • Daily Movement: Commit to 60 minutes of movement daily, with at least 15 minutes spent outdoors. Regular physical activity boosts mood, strengthens the body, and supports overall health. And being outdoors has a whole host of added benefits! 
  • Hydration Focus: Drink 80 oz of water and electrolytes only, ensuring adequate hydration to support your body’s functions since we are about 70% water afterall. You’ll also get access to a DIY recipe for electrolytes in the membership!
  • Screen Time Limit: Limit total screen time (outside of work), including social media and TV, to one hour per day. Use this time mindfully and consider incorporating activities that nourish your mind and soul. Did I mention we’ll be having all sorts of fun activities to take part in in the membership?
  • Daily Joy: Engage in at least one act of joy or self-care each day. This could be anything that brings you happiness and nourishes your mind, body, and soul. Write down a list of 10-15 things that bring you joy and do at least one of those every single day! 
  • Celebrate Your Wins: Keep track of each day’s achievements and victories. Celebrating your progress can boost motivation, increase confidence, and inspire others! And you know we’ll be celebrating wins ALL MONTH LONG in the Mahan Membership during this challenge!
